Bottled at 8 years old, 46.5%, non-chill filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a rich honeyed Blended Malt with an oaky finish.

25mls Lemon juice

20mls Peach wine

5mls Sugar syrup

Cherry bitters

Egg white

Method

Add ingredients and shake vigorously.

Strain over cubed ice.

Garnish with an orange slice.
