Our dear friends over on the beautiful Isle of Jura make a vibrant and bright single malt whisky that is perfect on its own, but also at home in a great drink.

INGREDIENTS 
25mls Jura 12YO
25mls Aperol
Tonic Water

METHOD
STEP 1 Fill copa glass with ice
STEP 2 Add Jura and Aperol and top with Tonic
STEP 3 Stir and garnish with an orange wedge
STEP 4 Sit back and enjoy!
